Cheesy Rasher Omelette

Ingredients

  • 2 Denny Traditional rashers
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons of water
  • 1 teaspoon of chives or basil chopped
  • salt and black pepper
  • olive oil
  • reduced fat grated cheese

Method

  1. Grill the rashers.
  2. Beat the eggs, water herbs, salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat a non stick pan, add olive oil and pour in egg mixture.
  4. Chop the rashers and sprinkle over egg mixture.
  5. Heat until it is cooked through. Flip to heat reverse side.
  6. Add cheese.
