Cheesy Rasher Omelette

Ingredients
- 2 Denny Traditional rashers
- 3 eggs
- 3 teaspoons of water
- 1 teaspoon of chives or basil chopped
- salt and black pepper
- olive oil
- reduced fat grated cheese
Method
- Grill the rashers.
- Beat the eggs, water herbs, salt and black pepper.
- Heat a non stick pan, add olive oil and pour in egg mixture.
- Chop the rashers and sprinkle over egg mixture.
- Heat until it is cooked through. Flip to heat reverse side.
- Add cheese.
