1. In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Promoter: Pilgrim’s Food Masters Ireland Limited, company number 87159, whose  registered address is: Unit C, 1st Floor, Apex Business Centre, Blackthorn Road,  Sandyford Business Park, Dublin, D18 E3P8; 

Promotion: The on pack promotion runs from 10th March to 21st April (inclusive).  One winner a week will win a week in the Denny Holiday Home for themselves and  their family during the months of July and August 2024 will be chosen weekly.  

2. Conduct of participation. Participants in the Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found or believed to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion, or to be  acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of these terms and  conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive. Any  breach of these terms and conditions by a winner may result in forfeiture of their prize. 
3. The Promotion is open to Island of Ireland residents, aged 18 and over, excluding employees  of Pilgrim’s Food Masters and its affiliates, their families, agents, or anyone professionally  connected with the Promotion. 
4. The Promotion is only open to persons who are resident in the Island of Ireland as of  11/03/2024 and whose entry is made in the Island of Ireland. Entries made outside of the  Island of Ireland, or in the Promoter’s sole discretion deemed to be made outside of the Island of Ireland shall be disqualified from the Promotion. 
5. The Promotion runs from 10/03/2024 until 21/04/2024 inclusive (the “Promotional Period”).  Any entries received outside the Promotional Period will be void and not be included in the  Promotion. 
6. Closing time and date for receipt of entries is 17:00 GMT on 21/04/2024. 
7. Purchase is necessary. Please retain all packaging with the QR code and an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotion Period, as these may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. Internet access  and a valid email address are required.  
8. To enter: Purchase a Promotional Pack, see point 9 for details, scan the QR code on pack and complete the online form to be entered into the promotion.

15. The prize: There will be 6 winners in total Each winner will win a week’s stay. (7 consecutive nights) in a holiday cottage rental, (the Denny Holiday Home) for themselves and a maximum of 5 guests. Separate Holiday Home rental terms apply. These terms will be made  available to the winner prior to the taking of the prize and must be strictly adhered to by the  Winner and each of its guests. Any breach of such rental terms will result in immediate  forfeiture of the prize, and termination of the stay without compensation and the Winner shall  be liable for all costs, and damages caused by such breach.  
16. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
17. The Denny Holiday Home is situated in Connemara, Galway, Ireland. b. The prize will consist of a 7-consecutive night stay for the winner and their guests (maximum 5) at the Denny Holiday Home. The maximum number of guests shall be  strictly enforced and the winner shall be fully liable for all acts or omissions of its  guests.  
18. The prize will be arranged by email/phone between the prize fulfilment agency and the winner. The prize fulfilment agency will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the prize at the earliest possible opportunity. The prize  fulfilment agency will liaise with the winner via a telephone conversation to discuss  the dates and all other elements of the stay that need to be arranged. The Promoter  will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the prize is organised and provided. Once the prize details including dates are confirmed, this cannot be  amended or altered by the winner. 
19. The prize includes the accommodation, electricity, linen and towels and some breakfast and lunch supplies in the fridge, but all other food will need to be provided by the winner. 
20. There will be WIFI supplied in the cottage, but the connection is not very strong, so  please use this as an opportunity to disconnect! 
21. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel/transportation, food,  beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal  nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these terms and  conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the prize will be  responsible for any such costs. 
22. The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against  the organisers or any provider of any part of the prize if the holiday or any other event  forming part of the prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled for any  reason whatsoever.  
23. The scheduling of the prize will be coordinated directly with the winner. Should the  designated week be unacceptable or inconvenient for the winner, they can opt to  decline the prize and no compensation or alternative prize will be offered.  
24. If a prize is cancelled or rejected by the winner, no alternative prize will be issued and  for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided. j. The winner must inform the Promoter of any dietary requirements or allergens for  themselves and any guests by 4 weeks prior to attending the Denny Holiday Home. k. The prize consists of a 7 consecutive night stay and all elements of the prize package  must be taken as part of the same trip.
25. Changeover times. On the day the winner arrives at the Denny Holiday Home, it will be ready for winner and guests to arrive not before 3pm. On the day winner leaves, winner and guests must vacate the home by 10am. A changeover team will clean the  cottage, but winners and their guests will be expected to leave the cottage in a  reasonable condition. The winner will be fully liable for any breakages and damages  caused to the Denny Holiday Home by the winner or any of its guests.  
26. No pets or smoking allowed. This will be strictly enforced.
27. It will be the winner’s and their guest’s responsibility to take out at their own cost all  relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance  for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken. 
28. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend  this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reasons  outside its control, with no liability to entrants or third parties.  
29. The prizes are personal to the winner and are non-refundable, non-transferable, non upgradeable and no cash alternatives are available. The Promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value, in the event of any elements being unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control. 
30. Winners and their guests are subject to the rental terms and conditions of the Denny Holiday Home which will be made available to winner and are non-negotiable and non-transferable. Any person not adhering to those terms and conditions will lose their entitlement to their  prize, their stay will be terminated without compensation and the winner shall be liable for all  costs, damages caused by such non-adherence.  
31. Winners will be selected at random by the Promotor. In the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision will be final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Criteria for selection is based on random selection.  
32. There will be one winner weekly during the promotional period, (6 winners in total).  15. Only one prize may be won per household for the duration of the competition.
33. Prize draws will take place every Monday at 16:00. Winners will be contacted via the email address and/or phone number they submitted when entering the Promotion, within 24 hours of the draw taking place, to accept / decline the prize. 
34. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond to the Promoter’s notification within 7 days or does not provide the necessary confirmation/information to the Promoter as requested, an alternative winner may be chosen at the Promoter’s sole discretion.  
35. Prize winners are subject to a full verification process to verify identity, prevent fraud and duplicate entries.  
36. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Entries made by a third party or via automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified. 
37. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize if there is any suspicion of fraud or otherwise. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded.
38. Entry into this Promotion shall be deemed to be full and unconditional acceptance by the entrant  of these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in  disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of the prize.
39. The allocation of prizes will be to individuals only. No syndicates or groups will be eligible to enter this Promotion.
40. The Promoter is not liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation to the entrant that  is caused by any circumstance beyond its reasonable control or by any act or omission of any  third party although it will always use reasonable endeavours to minimise any entrant  disappointment. 
41. Internet access required. Participants are responsible for their own costs associated with  accessing the internet. These costs may vary so please check with your service provider for  current charges. Participants should seek the permission of the person paying the bill before  entering. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not  liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction  or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed  by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error  and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict,  delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.  
42. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entrants taking part in this Promotion, they do so at their own risk. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, cost, expense or liability suffered or incurred by any person,  entrant or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Promotion. 

Promoter makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied,  concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Promotion. 

26. Limitations of liability. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility of liability for:
27. Technical failures when entering the Promotion. Typographical errors, omissions or other mistakes/errors beyond our reasonable control.
28. The Promoter is not responsible for the failure to fulfil any obligations of any third parties involved in the promotion.
29. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion.  Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of prize acceptance. 
30. For a printed set of these terms and conditions or a list of winners after the closing date, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to “The Denny Holiday Home Competition” Promotion, c/o Goosebump, 30-31 Francis Street, Dublin 8, D08 YHW1, Ireland”.  
31. Any personal data that you provide shall be used by Pilgrim’s Food Masters solely in connection with this Promotion and for the purposes outlined in these terms and conditions. Pilgrim’s Food Masters may disclose your personal data to its authorised agents and service  providers in connection with such purposes. 32. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable  then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining  clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect. 
33. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
